CIRCLE K SIGNS CONTRACT WITH NEXXUS GROUP FOR SCAN BASED TRADING

Circle K Southwest, a division of Circle K Stores, Inc. and a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard, Inc., signed an agreement to make Nexxus Group the exclusive provider of scan based trading programs for their newspaper category.

Nexxus Group programs give Retailers category visibility through scan based trading and centralized payment platforms with one point of contact for direct store delivered vendors, eliminating cash payments and consolidating accounts payable.

Nexxus Group will provide the systems and customer service for over 200 company operated Circle K Southwest Division retail locations. The contract was awarded to Nexxus Group after an extensive review of available services. Circle K will take advantage of Nexxus Group’s entire program offering to optimize their newspaper category.

The Circle K program will begin on Monday, February 1, 2010.
