Jim is part owner, President & CEO of Nexxus Group. He was instrumental in starting Nexxus Group in 2003 and brings over 20 years of retail and leadership experience.

Prior to Jim‘s arrival with Nexxus Group, Jim spent fourteen years at Frito-Lay where he held progressively responsible sales and operational management positions ranging from a District Sales manager where he managed a fifteen person sales team (4mm annual revenue) and culminating as a Zone Sales Manager with responsibilities for 300+ employees (100 + mm in annual revenue) throughout New York, Connecticut, Vermont and Western Massachusetts.

Jim has a son, daughter and grandson. He was married 27 years before regrettably his wife passed away in 2005. Jim resides in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Mark joined Nexxus Group in 2009 and has more than 20 years of business and legal leadership as both an entrepreneur and attorney. Prior to joining Nexxus Group, Mark worked as the COO and General Counsel for a global digital media company. Mark started his career as a legislative assistant to the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan of New York and co-founded his first company while in law school. A graduate of St. Lawrence University and the Dickinson School of Law, Mark resides in Topsfield, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.

Cynthia joined Nexxus Group in May 2008 and has more than 20 years of retail and operations experience. Prior to joining Nexxus Group, Cynthia held positions with several media companies including USA TODAY and Dow Jones & Co.. Cynthia is a New Jersey native and graduate of Felician College. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and three children.

Keith has over 20 years of IT experience specializing in the design and development of database driven applications, data warehousing and business intelligence.

Before joining Nexxus Group, Keith was a Software Architect at Cerner Corporation. Prior to Cerner Corporation, Keith was co-founder and CIO of ExecuTrain of Florida. Over the span of twelve years he helped grow the software training franchise to a $12 million business with seven training centers throughout Florida.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida. A native of Lakeland, FL, Keith lives in the Charlotte, NC area with his wife and four daughters.
